At LUXE, we want you to absolutely love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we've made our returns process simple and hassle-free. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Policy Overview

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please review our detailed guidelines below to ensure your return is eligible.

Eligible for Return

  1. Ready-to-wear kurtas, kurtis, and co-ord sets in original packaging
  2. Lehengas and sarees that are unopened and unused
  3. Dupattas and stoles in pristine condition
  4. Bottoms and palazzos with tags intact
  5. Accessories like bags and jewelry in original packaging
  6. Products with manufacturing defects or damages
  7. Incorrect items delivered

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of these products, the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Custom-stitched or made-to-measure garments tailored to your specifications
  2. Altered or customized products of any kind
  3. Innerwear, blouses, and cholis for hygiene reasons
  4. Sale and clearance items marked as final sale
  5. Products with removed or damaged tags
  6. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  7. Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
  8. Festive hampers and gift sets once opened

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Please provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization within 24-48 hours, along with detailed instructions and a prepaid return label (where applicable).

Step 3: Pack Your Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Include the invoice or packing slip inside the package.

Packing Tip: Use the original box or a sturdy alternative. Fragile items like embroidered pieces or accessories should be wrapped carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Step 4: Ship It Back

Drop off your package at the designated courier service or schedule a pickup (where available). Keep your tracking number for reference.

Step 5: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is initiated.

Return Shipping

Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, or damaged product).

Defective or Incorrect Items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We'll also expedite your refund or exchange.

Courier Partners: We recommend using reliable courier services with tracking for your safety. Suggested partners include Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post with tracking.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred variant. This ensures faster processing and guarantees product availability.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  1. Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  2. Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  3. Bank Credit: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase:

  1. Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  2. UPI/Net Banking: 3-7 business days
  3. Wallets: 3-5 business days
  4. Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to your provided account details

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Quality Concerns

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, damage, or quality issues, please contact us immediately with photographs. We'll arrange for:

  1. Free return pickup
  2. Full refund including shipping charges
  3. Replacement product (subject to availability)
  4. Store credit for future purchases

Damaged During Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Do not accept the delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt
  2. Take photographs of the damaged package and product

  4. We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund

Care Instructions

To ensure your garments remain return-eligible and maintain their beauty:

  1. Do not remove tags until you're certain about keeping the item
  2. Try on garments carefully over undergarments
  3. Avoid applying perfume, makeup, or deodorant while trying on
  4. Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight
  5. Do not wash or dry clean until you've decided to keep the item

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven't been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our standard return policy.

To cancel an order, contact our customer care team immediately with your order number.

Store Credit Option

As an alternative to refunds, we offer store credit equal to 110% of your return value, valid for 6 months. This is perfect if you'd like to explore other pieces from our collection.

Simply mention your preference for store credit when initiating your return.

International Returns

For international orders, returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Please contact our team for specific international return instructions.
