Custom-stitched garments require additional time for tailoring and quality checks:

  3. Total Timeline: 10-17 business days from order confirmation

Domestic Shipping (India)

  1. Orders Above ₹2,499: FREE shipping across India
  2. Orders Below ₹2,499: ₹99 flat shipping charge
  3. Express Delivery: ₹249 (Metro cities only, delivery in 2-3 days)
  4. Remote Areas: ₹149 shipping charge may apply

Order Processing

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What Happens After You Order?

  1. Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
  2. Quality Check: Each item is carefully inspected for quality and accuracy
  3. Packaging: Your garments are beautifully packaged with care
  4. Dispatch: Order is handed over to our courier partner with tracking details
  5. Shipping Notification: You'll receive tracking information via email and SMS

  4. View real-time tracking status

Alternatively, use the tracking link sent to your email or track directly on the courier partner's website using your tracking number.

Special Packaging

Your LUXE pieces deserve special care during transit:

  1. Delicate Fabrics: Georgette, chiffon, and silk items are wrapped in tissue paper
  2. Embellished Pieces: Heavily embroidered garments are protected with additional padding
  3. Lehengas & Sarees: Packed in premium boxes to prevent creasing
  4. Accessories: Jewelry and bags are individually wrapped and secured
  5. Eco-Friendly: We use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible

Delivery Policies

What to Expect at Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided. Please ensure:

  1. Someone is available to receive the package
  2. Valid ID proof is available for verification
  3. Contact number provided is reachable

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful:

  1. First Attempt: Courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery
  2. Second Attempt: Another delivery attempt within 24-48 hours
  3. Third Attempt: Package returns to our facility if unsuccessful

You can also arrange to pick up your package from the nearest courier office.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders within India:

  1. COD Limit: Available for orders up to ₹15,000
  2. COD Charges: ₹49 additional handling fee
  3. Payment: Pay in cash to the delivery person upon receipt
  4. Verification: Please check the package before making payment
COD Policy: If COD orders are repeatedly refused at delivery, we reserve the right to block COD for future orders from that address.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received?

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with family members or neighbors
  2. Verify the delivery address in your order details
  3. Contact the courier partner using your tracking number
  4. Reach out to our customer care within 48 hours

We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not accept the delivery, or note the damage on the delivery receipt
  2. Take photographs of the damaged package
  3. Contact us immediately at support@luxe.com
  4. We'll arrange for replacement or full refund

Festive Season Shipping

During peak festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, weddings, etc.), delivery times may be slightly longer due to high volumes. We recommend:

  1. Placing orders 2-3 weeks in advance for important occasions
  2. Opting for express delivery if you need items urgently
  3. Checking our festive shipping timelines on the homepage

Pin Code Serviceability

Most locations across India are serviceable. To check if we deliver to your pin code:

  1. Enter your pin code at checkout
  2. View estimated delivery date
  3. Or contact our customer care for verification

For unserviceable pin codes, we'll notify you before order confirmation.

International Shipping Details

Customs & Duties

For international orders:

  1. All packages are shipped with proper customs documentation
  2. Import duties, taxes, and custom charges are the buyer's responsibility
  3. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping cost
  4. Packages may be held by customs for inspection; this can add 2-5 days to delivery

Restricted Items

Some countries have restrictions on certain materials or embellishments. We'll inform you if your chosen items cannot be shipped to your location.
